Are you able to guide and motivate your team? We are looking for an Associate Manager with a high quality mindset and leadership skills to join us in the Hormone Replacement Therapy Bulk Production, a part of the tablet area, Oral Finished Products in Måløv.


The position
In this position, your primary responsibilities will be to guide, coach and lead the employees in your team. The focus must be to drive performance and continuously work with improvements and innovation. You will be a part of an ambitious management team who support each other to reach the main goals for the business.

Preferably you hold a master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering or similar. You have several years of experience as a leader, and you have a strong LEAN and GMP mind-set. Further, it will be an advantage if you have experience with tablet production. You speak and write Danish and English fluently. 


As a person, you have a can-do attitude. You are ambitious, empathic and engaging, as you will need to set direction, motivate and cultivate high performance and engagement through the team. You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure involvement internally and externally and you can contribute with ideas for optimising.


About the department 
You will as the Associate Manager be heading up a Process Support team with 8 highly dedicated professionals who support the tablet production where we produce Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) products. The main processes are granulation, compression, and coating. In total, the department has 45 employees divided into 3 teams.
