The Position
You will lead our existing Maintenance Strategy team of 15 dedicated employees representing different specialties that cover Asset Management, Metrology, and Technical purchase all supported by its own SAP platform. You and the team will be responsible for setting direction and securing a solid framework for SDF, both local and global, on maintenance and metrology and on the use of SAP PM/QM/MM. This means securing a set-up with processes in compliance with regulations and secure implementation of improvement projects in line with the business.
We continuously optimize our processes within maintenance and metrology to create the best balance between availability and reliability through solid data analysis and using cutting-edge technology – solid processes, spare part availability, and predictive maintenance is our goal.
It is expected that you are clear and transparent in your leadership and able to build and maintain a strong team with high engagement. You will continuously develop the team and its members to meet the future demands and securing strong cooperation with our stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be part of the Technical Support Leadership Team, which consists of four Associate Managers, a cLEAN Partner, a GMP Coordinator, and a Department Manager. As a leadership team, we focus on seeing opportunities rather than limitations. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
· Are an experienced leader who is passionate about leadership (min. 2 years of leadership experience).
· Have a minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or another technical background.
· Preferably, you have experience within maintenance of equipment or machinery, compliance, asset management, metrology, and SAP.
· Experience with Novo Nordisk processes, or work experience in pharmaceutical production (cGMP), is preferred.

About the Department
Solid Dosage Forms (SDF) Production and Business Support (PBS) is a newly established area within SDF Denmark, consisting of approximately 100 people across two departments. Technical
Support is responsible for utility maintenance, spare parts control, and purchasing, while Business Support handles project management, facility operations, sustainability, IT, training, and cross-functional support across SDF Production Denmark. The vacant position is within Technical Support.
Our department has recently undergone changes to align more closely with SDF operations. We are eager to drive a culture of continuous improvement and set a clear direction in key areas, such as sustainability initiatives (Circular for Zero) and optimizing facility operations.
