About the department
The department Technical Support, in Oral Finished Products (OFP), consist of 80 dedicated colleagues split into five teams, which will be expanded into six teams with this new position. We are all responsible for the technical support to our pilot plant and launch facility on-site in Måløv. Our tasks are to ensure that facilities, supply utilities, production equipment and IT systems are maintained and operates in a validated state. 

 

You will be part of the IT & Automation area in the Technical Support department, which is responsible for maintenance & support of IT, facilities, utilities, equipment and other support related functions. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time and make a big difference.

 

The position
You will be responsible for a team within the IT & Automation area. The team are responsible for initiating, driving, and participating in various IT-related tasks with the purpose to ensure our production, compliance and future quality and regulatory requirements.

 

In the newly created team, it will be important that you set the direction and create structure. With new employees in the team, training and coaching will be an important part of the start-up face, while technical understanding and the LEAN mindset will be crucial for operational optimization. As a team leader, you are part of the management team in Technical Support and will at the same time work closely with the other team leaders in the production.

 

Qualifications
Preferably you hold a master’s degree in IT or Science. But your educational background is not essential, most importantly you have a minimum of two years of people management experience. You have a passion for IT systems and IT compliance. It will be considered an advantage if you have work experience within IT and/or from the pharmaceutical industry. You speak and write Danish and English at a professional level.

You have a natural interest in technology and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why LEAN is a natural part of your leadership. You are trustworthy and clear in your communication and you are dedicated to meeting common goals.

 

You have a can-do mindset and focus on opportunities rather than limitations. Finally, you are eager to see things moving forward in a dynamic environment where projects and processes vary, demanding the need for your flexibility.
