The Position

As a Leader Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to cultivate your leadership skills and prepare you for a successful career as a leader within our organization. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our business operations.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in leadership training sessions and workshops.
  • Shadow experienced leaders to gain practical insights into effective leadership practices.
  • Collaborate with teams across the department to understand the company's operations.
  • Contribute to identification and drive improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning and applying leadership principles in a real-world setting.
  • Participate in shaping the future direction of the QA F1 Bulk team through collaborative decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Delegated specific responsibilities. Ex. coordination of specific tasks, solving critical or urgent issues etc.

 

Simplicity and efficient daily operation are in focus in the department and need to be further developed together with the team and the department. To succeed, you must be visible and present on site, and have clear goal setting abilities, and coaching skills.

 

The above responsibilities will provide you with practical experience to develop the skills necessary to lead a high-performing team. Over time you will transition into the leadership role, leading a part of the Bulk-team and driving its success within the organization.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharma and/or have 3 years of GMP experience from QA, production, QC etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, internships, or prior work experience.

As a person, you have a can-do attitude and proactively strive for higher levels of performance, not being afraid of being challenged by peers and employees. You can differentiate your communication depending on the target group and present your arguments in a professional way.

 

About the Department

Emerging Technologies QA is an area which employs approximately 100 skilled and motivated colleagues. You will be part of a great QA department (QA department for Oral Finished Products in Denmark – ET QA OFP DK) responsible for all products, production facilities and equipment in Denmark. The department consists of around 60 employees divided into five teams and this position is in the F1 Bulk team.

The team currently consists of 12 highly knowledgeable and skilled people covering Rybelsus products from production of mixing of excipients to release of finished tablet. The team will grow to 18 people before the end of 2024. We have different levels of QA experience, but we all enjoy working together, whilst having fun. We are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk.
