The Position
As an Advanced Professional, you will have dynamic workdays, involving a variety of tasks with both short- and long-term deadlines. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, making strong collaboration skills essential. Additionally, you will be expected to attend and present during internal audits and authority inspections.
The main tasks will be to:
- Developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), addressing emerging challenges on the production line, managing deviations, and handling change requests.
- Ensuring high-quality standards by utilizing LEAN tools to systematically identify and implement lasting solutions to problems.
- Identifying innovative and more efficient ways of working within compliance, specifically for tabletting operators on the line.
- Systematic problem solving and deviation handling.
This specific position is part of our tabletting process support team. In the role, you will support the production of tabletting.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A master’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or another related field.
- Solid experience in manufacturing, with GMP experience.
- Proficiency in both Danish and English
- A strong commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
- A structured approach to task management, allowing you to maintain a clear overview even in a fast-paced production environment where priorities may shift.
As a person, you have the ability to stay energetic and maintain a positive attitude, especially in periods with changing work hours and high pace. You are a good team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, making you an excellent colleague.
You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for continuous improvement.
