Working closely with CS POMS system support teams in Denmark and India, your work helps enable the timely distribution of clinical trial products to patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities and support will include:

  • Install, relocate, reconfigure, remove and maintain hardware and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware‑related incidents (SOTI), including internal and inbound customer escalations, in a timely manner.

  • Work with remote OS/support teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures.
  • Be “on call” to provide on‑site support for critical server hardware incidents.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements through root‑cause analysis.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Business Development, or a related field, combined with:

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with strong understanding of GxP requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Understanding of ITIL principles for IT service delivery and support.
  • Experience with SOTI hardware
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile (DevOps) delivery models, including change management using ServiceNow.
  • Proven expertise in conducting IT Risk Assessments, managing Data Privacy tasks, and performing periodic system evaluations (ITPSE, User Access Reviews, Configuration Management).
  • Super-user level IT systems experience with Level 1/Level 2 incident management and problem ticket resolution capabilities.
  • Experience with QualityDocs/Vault Quality or similar document management systems, including authoring and reviewing SOPs and QMS documents.

Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), clinical supply systems, or clinical trial operations is considered an advantage.

You apply a LEAN mindset to drive continuous improvements, collaborate effectively across cultures and functions, and practice strong stakeholder management. You enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and building best practices within technical teams. You communicate fluently in Danish and English and have hands‑on experience supporting audits and inspections with a solution‑oriented approach to closing compliance gaps.
