Adv. Process Supporter

Location: Måløv 

Would you like to help ensure stable production and high quality in a GMP environment? As our new Advanced Process Supporter, you will strengthen stability, quality and continuous improvement on the shopfloor—while supporting an evolving production area. 

Your new role 

In this role, you will support our production with a specific focus on the granulation process. You will help ensure stable, efficient, and compliant manufacturing, and you will work closely with operators, supporters and team leads on the shopfloor to keep daily operations running smoothly in an increasingly complex setup. 

You will also play an important part in ensuring continuous improvements, driving local projects and training activities. 

You will be involved and contribute to activities such as: 

• Supporting daily production activities by solving issues, handling deviations, and maintaining stable processes 

• Driving systematic problem solving to address deviations and production challenges 

• Produce operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making 

• Driving and drafting Change Requests (CRs), updating SOPs and job instructions, and supporting quality documentation 

• Optimising workflows and processes to secure future capacity and strengthen operational flow 

• Collaborating closely with Production, QC, QA and Business Support to ensure alignment and compliance

This role requires physical presence on-site, as you will work directly with operators and the different production support teams. Over time, you will also join the on-call duty as an addition to your contract. 

Your new department 

You will become part of Tablet & Finished Products, supporting the granulation process in tablet production in the Måløv building F1. The team consists of 8 team members, including you, and is responsible for delivering high-quality products to patients worldwide. The department is characterised by strong collaboration, continuous improvement, and a clear focus on production excellence. 

Your skills and qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within a science-related field 

• Minimum 3 years of experience with GMP and production (not necessarily tablet production, but from a similar role where compliance and operations meet) 

• Experience working with deviations, Change Requests, and LEAN methodologies 

• A structured and quality-focused mindset, with the ability to maintain overview in a busy environment 

• Flexibility, resilience, and a strong drive to solve problems collaboratively 

• Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
