The position
In Manufacturing Science and Technology & Quality Control (MSAT & QC) we are looking for a maternity cover (12 months) for an administrative assistant to support our leadership team across two departments in a wide range of administrative tasks.
Your main tasks will be:
- Meeting coordination and scheduling, taking minutes and assist with follow-up on action points
- Assist with financial controlling and budget management within the departments
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes
- Communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist during audits and inspections
As a member of the SVP Assistant Group you will work with your colleagues in optimizing administrative processes across a unit of 1200+ employees.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role we imagine you have the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ experience from complex administrative roles
- Proven skills in driving administrative processes, handling and organising tasks, and you demonstrate good business understanding
- Excellent skills in MS office and find it easy to master new IT systems. Experience with SAP, HR or Finance software will be an advantage
- You can work independently with a can-do-attitude. You have a proactive approach to the job and thrives well with tight deadliness
- It is crucial for the position that you are fluent in Danish and can understand and communicate without problems in English
You are flexible and thrive in a lively environment. You are recognized as being a trustworthy person who possesses high integrity with an eye for delivering high-quality results. You are service minded, have a can-do attitude and master good coordination skills. You can work independently, being proactive and always striving to find solutions to the challenges at hand.
About the department
Manufacturing Science and Technology & Quality Control is an area of 350 employees, which is responsible for laboratory analyses, production and process support as well as implementation of new technology. We have 7 departments and currently 3 administrative assistants covering across the leadership teams.
In this new position you would report to a Director in one of the departments, and support several departments in collaboration with your administrative colleagues.
