The position

We seek a Training Supporter for our VP area in Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) QA. Your primary role will be to assist the area with training-related tasks, including administrative duties and supporting the training system for projects and other initiatives.

 

Your main tasks will include but not be limited to- 

•    Designing simple, engaging, and efficient onboarding
•    Using your training toolbox to help the end-users and experts in the project develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance 
•    Identifying training needs and applying relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids 
•    Creating and maintaining content overviews for the area
•    Training administration e.g. assign training, reporting, merit support etc

 

All above will be performed in close collaboration with end-users, process experts, and managers. You will report to the head of Operational Readiness QA, a central function in the VP area.


Qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

•    It is advantageous if you hold a relevant master’s degree within learning, organisational development, psychology or professional experience from training roles in an organisation
•    You have experience with designing and implementing competence development and in-depth knowledge of different training principals
•    You have experience within project management and a proven track record of driving change management
•    You possess strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate on all levels of the organisation
•    Experience from a GMP regulated industry is an advantage  

 

As an individual, you possess a can-do attitude with a curious and pragmatic approach. You excel as an engaging facilitator and thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders. To determine what adds the most value for our stakeholders, you will spend a significant amount of time on the shop floor. As a result, you can expect to relocate between various Danish Novo Nordisk locations as part of your onboarding process.

 

About the department

You will become a part of FFEx QA, an area that falls under Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT), which employs approximately 25,000 of Novo Nordisk's 65,000 employees worldwide. FFEx QA consists of around 130 employees, divided into eight teams located globally, with a central function based in Lyngby, Denmark. Our primary objective is to support the global expansions program, which aims to modernize our fill & finish facilities using advanced technology to meet the needs of millions of patients.
