The position
As a Training Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees are always trained to the highest level with top-quality content. You will work with a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling training requests from stakeholders via our Training Assistant App
- Assist in planning training for new and current employees
- Building and maintaining training packages in cooperation with stakeholders
- Standardisation and continuous improvements in our training setup
- Drive small training-related projects and local onboarding initiatives
Furthermore, you will participate in relevant training network meetings and proactively improve training administration via Continuous Improvement and Systematic Problem Solving. In this role you will be very visible in the organization offering your support to a great variety of stakeholders across different levels.
The department is currently based in Gentofte but will move to new offices in Lyngby in the middle of June.
Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Experience from a similar administrative role within training and learning
- Understanding of GxP requirements, preferably with experience from the pharmaceutical industry
- Flair for IT, you quickly learn and adapt to new software and find digital solutions to optimise our processes
- Knowledge of cLEAN and interest in applying the principles in our processes and your daily work
- Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Danish and English
As a person, you have a high-quality and service-minded mindset and take pride in delivering on your deadlines. You work well independently, although are also motivated to cooperate with colleagues and stakeholder across the functions and departments, building strong business relationships to collaborate towards our shared goals. With structured approach to tasks, you maintain an overview - even in a changing environment where priorities can change quickly. Personal drive, energy and a positive attitude are key to thrive in this role.
About the department
In Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology (AMSAT) at Novo Nordisk, innovation is part of our DNA. Our colleagues in AMSAT support our production sites worldwide through projects aimed at ensuring and delivering the highest product quality and safety to as many of our patients as possible. You will be part of a social and very engaged team with 14 skilled colleagues, all passionate about ensuring effective and qualified training across AMSAT and AME. We will move to brand-new offices in Lyngby mid-June.
