The Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with implementation projects across sites as the FP Module Process Lead.
- Take charge of the coordination of the implementation of assembly and/or packaging lines, from ordering to ramp-up of lines and handover to site, following defined standards.
- Collaborate with various areas within the areas Fill & Finished Expansions (FFEx), Technology Partners and sites to ensure successful implementation and ramp-up.
- Responsible for ensuring module process design for allocated site is meeting all program objectives and standards.
- Responsible for delivery of equipment within time, cost, and quality.
- Establish appropriate coordination between central work packages to ensure an operational module design is delivered to the receiving projects at sites.
- Responsible for coordination and sharing of learnings across module delivery teams.
- Responsible for coordination with the site Module lead to ensure each module is delivered and ramped up.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in project management, Mechanical Eng. or another relevant field.
- Proven experience in implementation assembly and packaging lines.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant Novo Nordisk standards, FFEx Standards, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to lead and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Finished Production Module in FFEx at Novo Nordisk is responsible for owning and implementing the expansion of Finished Production Factories globally.
