Senior IT & Automation Program Manager in Fill & Finish Expansion

The position

This is your opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and exciting programs in Novo Nordisk and influence the future Fill and Finish facilities with the best solutions for IT, automation, and digitalization, together with very competent colleagues, eager to share their knowledge and learn from you.

You will become a critical member of the IT & Automation team in Fill & Finish Expansions, where you will belong to the Programme Management Team consisting of capable and seasoned Project Managers like yourself.  

In the Programme Management Team we are dedicated and accountable for all project management areas, be it planning, risk management, cost estimates, stakeholder engagement etc. for the IT & automation activities, which have dependencies to other program tracks, but also to our different sites. As a Senior IT & Automation Project Manager, your focus areas will be to take ownership of these project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation, define the scope, create and follow the plan, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions and speed of implementation, ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects and engage and involve with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners.

Beyond the execution and control of the Expansion Site Project you will be responsible for shaping best practices and standards with your colleagues in our PMO, the IT Infrastructure team and the Automation team, and you bring insights and learnings from your previous project or programme management experiences.


Qualifications

You have 5 to 10 years of experience as project manager within a relevant field for the position, preferably within large scale IT or Construction projects. You naturally get followership from a project team and can communicate at all levels in the organization.

As a person, you are known for being self-driven, for your high motivation, engagement, ability to create results and open mindset. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed.

Finally, you have a good sense of humour and foster a positive work environment.

You hold a relevant master’s degree, and you will be able to work out of Denmark.

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve.

As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.

Our offices for Fill & Finish Expansions are in Lyngby.
