The position
As our Senior Business Analyst, you will have multiple areas of responsible and be a key player in securing value creation and business transparency within the different responsible areas. This will be done in close collaboration with other business partners and the AMSAT management and organisation, always striving for delivering insights for decision making through an enterprise and analytical mindset and focus on continuous improve-ments and robustness building to ensure house in order.
Responsibilities will include:
- Executing transparent reporting to reflect the AMSAT business, capacities, and facilities, and improving Site Master Plan (SMP) to a more structured way, with deliveries facilitated and consolidated with input from across the organisation
- Overseeing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), delivering transparent reporting on risks and mitigating actions across AMSAT
- Performance Management of operational metrics and reporting in AMSAT
- Leading the Business Case Framework, and drive value creation across AMSAT by secure continuous developing, maintaining and improving of the framework and support to the AMSAT stakeholders
- Lead the Procurement field, securing a compliant procurement setup with clear R&R, and support on procurement analyses and matters (including representing AMSAT in the AM procurement network and Business Ethics/compliance network)
- Ad-hoc analyses and project-related contributions to broaden knowledge and en-sure transparency and optimisation as well as driving value creation
You can anticipate a varied workday with a wide exposure to differing focus areas and challenges across Aseptic Manufacturing in Novo Nordisk with the support you provide having significant influence on key decision making.
Qualifications
Your experiences include:
- Academic degree within business management, finance, procurement, supply chain or similar, with preferably 5+ years of work experience within categories like strategy deployment, management consulting, business finance etc.
- Strong business/financial planning and analytics background, with solid stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and change management skills, both verbal and written, with experience in securing a clear and convincing storytelling
- Ability to deliver high-quality analysis for management review and reporting
- Professional proficiency in English

About the Department
As the Senior Business Analyst in the Business Development & Operations team within AMSAT, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver value-adding support and solve challenges, covering functions within strategy, finance, project management, EHS, facility etc. AMSAT supports global production sites by innovating manufacturing processes while en-suring quality and compliance. You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders, mainly in Denmark, but AMSAT is expanding globally. The area comprises over +1,300 employees across locations like Lyngby, Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg, with the main working locations being Lyngby.
The Business Development & Operations team drive activities such as management- and admin support, financial- and investment planning, strategy, facility and project management, as well as environmental and health & safety (EHS). The team consists of around 25 skilled professionals who values a fun, motivating, and development-oriented environ-ment, fostered through social committee events, collaboration, and development activities.
