The position


In this role, you will be working within the project organization, and you will be responsible for efficient project planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely project delivery. You are going to collaborate closely with the core project team, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts, and areas of risk. 
 

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Project Scheduling
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud or Primavera P6, aligning them with project goals and client requirements.
•    Progress Tracking
Regularly update and analyze project schedules, monitor progress through KPIs, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
•    Resource Allocation
Collaborate with project managers and project team members to allocate resources effectively, optimizing workforce productivity and equipment utilization.
•    Contractor-Client Interface
Act as the primary liaison between contractors and clients, ensuring construction schedules align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
•    Reporting
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and action plans.

 

Qualifications


•    An academic degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
•    Minimum two years of experience in scheduling or related field. Preferably from pharma, construction, or manufacturing. 
•    Experience with one of the following scheduling software and tools; Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, or Microsoft Project.
•    Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices, and knowledge of scheduling best practices and standard, as well as understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
•    Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

 

Certification in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) would be preferred. 
 

As a person, you have strong analytical skills, and are highly organized with strong attention to details. You demonstrate a proactive behavior, you possess excellent communication skills, and are able to communicate effectively all levels of the organization.
