About the department
We are a project management office placed in the AME Process Groups Department. AME Process groups is placed in the newly established organizational unit called Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME). With almost 200 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. AME is an organizational unit in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), where we do all aseptic production in Novo Nordisk.
Our team consists for now of 10 project managers and students supporting various projects originating from our process group.

The position
We are looking for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing projects primarily within the AM value chain. The role may require collaboration with all AM sites globally. This geographic responsibility necessitates flexibility and adaptability to manage cross-functional projects effectively, ensuring alignment and optimization across diverse locations.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive projects within GxP environments, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. 
  • Facilitate and manage cross-functional processes, engaging with diverse teams to achieve project targets and objectives.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic project landscape, managing changing scopes while maintaining a focus on compliance and project deliverables.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations, prioritizing compliance without compromising on delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Promptly escalate significant issues to management, ensuring they are informed of potential risks and necessary interventions.

 

Some travel to other sites will be required.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar education.
  • 3+ years of working relevant experience in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in aseptic production, GMP/GxP or pharma/food or other regulated industry is considered a strong advantage. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methods.
  • Experience communicating complicated topics in a simple manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different stakeholder levels.
  • Fluent in English.
