The position
As our new Junior Automation Project Manager, you will play a prominent role in Fill & Finish production Expansions where you will be part of building our new global and digital Aseptic Production Module and accelerating the implementation across global sites. 
You will be working closely with different key stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers to evaluate and enable IT, automation and digital solutions and architecture drawing a good balance between speed, simplicity and scalability. Your focus areas will be to:

  • Contribute to the project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation
  • Be a part of defining the scope.
  • Create and execute on project plans, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions and speed of implementation.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects.
  • Involve with various technology partners (internal and external) and site work package owners.

Beyond the execution and control of the project you will be a part of for shaping best practices and standards with your colleagues in our PMO, the IT Infrastructure team and the Warehouse team. 
Some travel activity is to be expected. 
 
Qualifications
To succeed as a Junior Automation Project Manager, we expect that you:

  • hold a master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation or/and IT
  • have some technical experience from the automation/production industry – preferably within a GMP regulated industry environment.
  • have experience in one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC and Industry 4.0.  
  • Have had some experience with project management and are eager to develop your skills

You work effectively, independently and with a natural respect based on your technical understanding. You thrive in an environment where new challenges and focus can change quickly, but always with the overall common goal in mind.

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve. 
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
