The Position
As a Work Package Owner for IT/OT Operations, you will:
- Be responsible for designing and building the global organization for support & maintenance of IT/OT solutions within our Fill & Finish Expansion program.
- Ensure all required documentation & training is in place, so IT/OT systems are compliant and efficient when handed over to operations.
- In collaboration with local sites and implementation partners, define the strategy for control & maintenance of Global IT/OT Standards.
- Work closely with tracks leads, external partners and internal stakeholders within the different IT/Automation teams across our entire organization.
- Be responsible for the ramp-up strategy once in Operations.
- Be part of a project of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- A degree within automation engineering/computer science or equivalent combination of experience & education.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within IT/OT Operations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical (cGMP/GxP) or other regulated industry.
- Strong communication/collaboration skills with internal & external stakeholders, incl. system suppliers, end-users, project managers, etc.
- Experience within the following system is an advantage: SCADA/PLC, PAS-X.
