Your new role

As Health and Safety Partner for Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), you will play a key role in strengthening HS performance across a global manufacturing network. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting audits and inspections across all AM production sites, including gap analysis and findings management
  • Coordinating and preparing sites for ISO 45001 re‑certification
  • Consolidating Health and Safety Management Reviews (HSMR) across Aseptic Manufacturing
  • Ensuring implementation of the Novo Nordisk Health and Safety Management System and compliance with internal HS requirements
  • Acting as Super User of the EHS Portal and driving AM HS initiatives, data analysis, KPIs, reporting, emergency preparedness and safety culture initiatives

Your new department

Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering (AME) plays a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across our global network of factories in Asia, Europe, and North and South America. This transformation supports the growing need of people living with diabetes and obesity.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree in Health & Safety or a related field
  • Extensive experience from a Health & Safety role
  • Solid experience from a highly regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aviation or food production)
  • Certification in, or solid working knowledge of, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken

On a personal level, you demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management and practical experience in analysing complex business issues. You are experienced in change management and communication within large and complex organisations.
