We are on the lookout for a talented HR Project Manager to be a part of the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx) P&O team, dedicated to driving P&O projects supporting giga site Expansion Projects around the world. The position
As HR Project Manager your primary responsibility is to drive and support FFEx P&O with global P&O initiatives and plan and execute the yearly HR processes. You will collaborate with People Track Leads on the Expansion Sites and other P&O Colleagues to translate business strategies and priorities into P&O plans and activities.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Managing and driving strategic projects of business improvement initiatives across FFEx, including culture and engagement projects
- Analysing people data to enable data-driven decision making and activities
- Champion the development of our people, ensuring their needs are met across various project phases, including driving cross-organisational leadership initiatives for project managers and line managers in FFEx - Focus on both project leadership development and development of leaders
- Ownership of cross functional P&O processes and reporting
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal person will bring the following set of skills and experience:
- Master’s degree in HR Management of similar
- Ample HR experience, ideally within pharma or P&O for a large or global organisation
- Successful track record leading various projects and initiatives on a large-scale setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional fluency in both written and verbal English
As a person, you will be proactive, self-driven, and have a structured approach to working. A team player, you will collaborate with other colleagues and business areas to continuously help move the needle on Novo Nordisk’s objectives.
About Fill& Finish Expansions
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT) to serve the needs of millions of patients. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 27,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 69,000 employees.
About the department
Fill & Finish P&O is a small department supporting managers in Fill & Finish Expansions with P&O processes, leadership coaching, employee development, organizational design & manning and daily P&O tasks.
The FFEx P&O department is newly established, and you will therefore have the opportunity to influence the role, the team and the P&O services in Fill & Finish Expansions.
