Then you might be the Project Manager we are looking for to be part of the team driving some of our complex projects running in the Filling Team, which has the mandate to support the establishment of new aseptic production lines across the world! 

 

The Position 

As a Filling Project Manager, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of world class technology and project standards that covers the implementation of Isolator Filling lines and the associated processes surrounding this. 

 

Your responsibility will be to drive Work-Package deliverables, while supporting the overall project goals of delivering a world class solution in a time frame that challenges the traditional approach. This requires engaging with Senior Project managers, Subject Matter Experts, Specialists, engineers, fellow Project Managers, and other international stakeholders across US, Europe, Asia and Latin America. 

 

While supporting the overall program in reaching major milestones, you will have your own sub-projects and tracks that you will be driving to completion with your chief resources.  

 

Some of those activities includes:

    Coordination with cross-functional stakeholders including QA, automation, procurement, operational readiness etc, along with your team members in driving your sub-projects forward.

    Ensuring stakeholder involvement across the global sites.

    Project Risk assessments and timely escalations, scheduling and cost management.

    Efficient Supplier management through structured communication and meeting facilitations.

    Supporting activities revolving around various Engineering and Validation gates during design and construction phases, FAT, etc.

    Managing changes coming into the established baseline while evaluating the respective project impacts. 

 

Qualifications 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

    Bachelor’s degree within Natural Sciences, Engineering or similar field.

    Proven project management experience on technical or complex projects.

    Experience with driving design processes, documentation for qualification and implementation of e.g. new equipment within pharmaceutical environment.

    A flair for leadership and the ability to create results in a global stakeholder landscape.

    Experience with aseptic process production design and GMP is considered an advantage but not a requirement.

    An excellent command of verbal and written English is required while command of Danish / French / Mandarin / German / Portuguese is a plus.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
