The Position
As Director for Business Development & Support, you will have the following responsibilities:
•    Provide executive business support to senior leaders, acting as a strategic sparring partner in ensuring effective business processes and execution of management meetings.
•    Coordinate and lead key projects across the organization, ensuring alignment and collaboration through continuous stakeholder management.
•    Formulate, define, and follow up on operational excellence and continuous improvement objectives through close cooperation with leaders and specialists.
•    Design or modify business processes and corresponding solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager, ideally with background from a business support function, strategy and business development.
•    Strong strategic mindset and ability to drive initiatives and projects.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience in designing or modifying business processes and solutions.
•    Embracing change with the opportunity to impact the direction of the unit.

 

About the Department
The Fill & Finish Expansions department is responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are a newly established and growing area, focused on rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. Our goal is to set the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities that we will still be proud of 20 years from now. As part of our global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

With a focus on strategy, business development, and overseeing the financials of the largest investment portfolio within Novo Nordisk, our unit plays a crucial role in driving the success of the organization.
