Your new role

As an intern in AMSAT Digitalisation, you'll get hands-on experience working on diverse digitalisation projects that optimise and improve business processes across our aseptic manufacturing operations. This is a full-time, in-person internship where you'll be treated as an integrated team member, receiving continuous feedback and significant training opportunities.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Presenting and hosting workshops to promote a digitalisation mindset across AMSAT
  • Driving and participating in projects focused on digitalising and automating processes
  • Supporting the business in the adoption of AI tools including chatbot creation
  • Structuring and harmonising various types of data, and developing data visualisation dashboards
  • Creating PowerApps for the business and supporting roll-out of other Power Platform solutions
  • Pre-processing, analysing and visualising diverse data to inform business decisions, primarily in PowerBI and Databricks
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks and projects across the department, tailored to your competences and interests

We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

AMSAT supports our Aseptic Manufacturing sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining high quality and compliance. Within AMSAT Business Support, the Digitalisation team consists of 11 skilled professionals who support AMSAT's digital journey. We have a strong focus on constantly improving our processes, creating a unique opportunity for you to bring your own ideas to life and shape the content of your internship.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a proactive, collaborative, and curious intern with strong digital skills and an eye for optimisation opportunities. You should bring:

  • Current enrolment as a Bachelor or Master student within Business Administration, Business Development, Economics, Data Science, Engineering or similar (enrolment required throughout the full internship period)
  • Proficiency in presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner and fluency in written and spoken English
  • A valid Danish full-time work permit
  • Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to think of new ways of working and take full ownership of your work
  • Experience with tools within the Power Platform like Power BI, Power Apps as well as Databricks, LLMs or coding experience is advantageous but not required

What we offer

This is a 6-month internship with the possibility of extension up to one year. You'll work 37 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods, starting in early August. The internship is remunerated if your educational track allows it. Beyond compensation, you'll gain a varied workday with hands-on involvement in many different projects, receive significant training, and can turn theory into practice in a dynamic and inclusive environment alongside talented professionals.
