The position
As our new engineer in Automation & IT, you will play a prominent role in Fill & Finish production expansions where you will be part of building our new global and digital AP Module and accelerating the implementation across global sites. You will also be part of a group responsible for advancing the use of new innovative and existing technologies. More specifically, you will be working within the filling area and drive all automation related activities at a global scale. Moreover, as a specialist you will act as a resource for junior engineers.

 

Being a part of the Fill & Finish Expansion Programme, you will gain a broad network across stakeholders both in Novo Nordisk and suppliers. You will collaborate closely with process, engineering and production responsible stakeholders to assess requirements and rightly influence the design. You will have an active and strong voice amongst a network of automation engineers, specialists and architects.

 

As a part of the program execution, you will play a key part in FAT and SAT activities, to make sure the equipment lives up to the standards required. As we are working at a global scale, travel is required to support execution of key project activities.
  
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect that you have:

  • A master, bachelor, or technician degree within automation or/and IT and have technical experience from the automation/production industry
  • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC and Industry 4.0
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of Automation architecture and IT solutions within aseptic production environment
  • Experience with filling production lines
  • Experience working in a GMP regulated industry environment
  • Experience from CAPEX projects
  • Project management skills is not a need but will be an advantage

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions is a program organization - built in a multi-dimensional matrix structure, that’s designed to foster cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.
Our goal is to design and build future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, with a focus on establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to digitally evolve. 
As a member of our department, you will work closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering, as well as various technology partners both internally and externally.
