The Position
As an Aseptic Processing Module Lead you will interact with a variety of international stakeholders from different departments in Novo Nordisk. 

 

Your main responsibilities will be focused on:
•    The design of Aseptic Processing Module(s) based on the pre-defined standard building blocks.
•    Being responsible for the completion of Detailed design(s) based on a Generic module design.
•    Ensuring specific interface agreements for the module based on the standard building blocks and module interface templates.
•    Aligning the schedule for centrally delivered process equipment and standards with the AP module’s local execution schedule.
•    Ensuring alignment of the AP module’s execution schedule with the site’s overall Campus execution schedule.
•    Solving problems and addressing any misalignments between Required on Site (ROS) and Delivered on Site (DOS) dates.

 

Your workplace will be based in Lyngby, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale, travel is expected to our site in France and the US (North Carolina).

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have prior experience with running a few projects within the pharma space from start to finish. Clear and distinct communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for the role. Also, you should have experience working and managing stakeholders internationally.

 

To be successful in this position, you should have:
•    5+ years of managerial experience.
•    A proven track record of successfully leading large and complex projects through the design and implementation phases.
•    Documented pharmaceutical manufacturing process experience and insight.
•    The ability to shape and execute strategic objectives in a complex international environment.
•    Experience in aseptic processing
•    Experience delivering excellent project performance in CAPEX projects or during business performance improvements.

 

As an individual, you should be passionate about strategies and business improvements. Also, you should have strong leadership skills, including the ability to develop strong working relationships and inspire others. 

 

About the Department
As an Aseptic Processing Module Lead, you will be part of the Fill & Finish Expansions team, which is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply, Quality & IT. We are a newly established and growing area, focused on rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. Our goal is to rethink our fill & finish facilities using modern technology and set the standards for the future. We have a global approach, working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
