About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and proactive Advanced Single-Use Professional to join our team at site Lyngby during a maternity leave period. In this role, you will be a key technical partner supporting our manufacturing and development areas in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of single-use systems used in Aseptic Manufacturing.
You will collaborate closely with scientists, process engineers, Sourcing Operations, and external vendors to ensure robust and compliant execution of production and development activities involving single-use systems.
About AM Process Competence Department
You will become part of the AM Process Competence (AM PCC) department — a specialised, crossfunctional competence hub supporting aseptic manufacturing across multiple sites.
AM PCC is responsible for:
- Driving standardisation and best practices across AM sites
- Providing deep process expertise within formulation, filtration, filling, inspection, CCI, and singleuse technologies
- Supporting technology implementation, troubleshooting and capability building
- Ensuring alignment with global standards, quality expectations and regulatory requirements
- Strengthening the network between sites through knowledge sharing and process optimisation
As maternity cover in this environment, you will work closely with highly skilled colleagues and contribute directly to process reliability, innovation and harmonisation across the AM network.
Key Responsibilities
- Support critical cases in production and projects related to single-use systems.
- Provide technical expertise during deviations, change requests (CR), and risk assessments.
- Drive or contribute to implementation of new single-use solutions, including qualification, validation input, documentation, and training.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, GMP requirements, and supplier specifications.
- Troubleshoot process issues together with end-users and/or suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvements, best practice sharing, and harmonisation across sites.
- Support project teams with single-use expertise during tech transfers and process changes.
- Ensure implementation of single-use systems into the NN network through collaboration with Sourcing Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science, or similar.
- Experience with single-use systems (bags, tubing sets, aseptic connections, filtration).
- Familiarity with GMP production
- Strong stakeholder skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical guidance.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
