The position:

We have an exciting opportunity for a tech savvy and data driven candidate to join our team, AMSAT Digitalisation, to drive a wide range of projects. You will play a key role in implementing the digital transformation strategy and promoting a digital mindset across AMSAT. As an Advanced Digitalisation Professional you will help initiate, develop, and implement digital solutions to optimise processes within AMSAT. You will proactively identify better practices and create improvement projects through e.g., Business Intelligence and Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders from across the organisation to help identify manual, paper-based or complex processes and digitalising them to improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality. As a person, you are motivated by differentiation in your daily tasks as you will have your hands on many different projects. You will be part of a team currently consisting of 10 skilled and professional employees. This gives you great opportunity to influence our way of working both within the team and with our stakeholders.  

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve business processes through the development and deployment of PowerPlatform solutions (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate Flows).
  • Design, map, and document existing and future business processes for seamless integration with PowerPlatform solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Oversee the integration of new digital solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure successful implementation of digital projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate new digital trends and technologies to identify potential business opportunities.

 

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you: 

  • Have a master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Power Platform Development.
  • Experience with change management to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Experienced in MS Office (Excel and Power Point). 
  • Experienced in Alteryx/Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent Business Intelligence tools. 
  • Proficient in presenting data in an easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English.

About the department

AMSAT supports the Aseptic Manufacturing sites across the world by creating innovative improvements to production processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. Our team, AMSAT Digitalisation is part of AMSAT Business Support which consists of around 80 employees incl. management support, financial planning, strategy and business plans, training, quality, facility management as well as environment, health & safety.
