The position

In this exciting role as our Executive Coordinator and Marketing Assistant, you will:

•    Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the VP of Rare Disease and department leadership, ensuring effective planning, time management, and coordination of business priorities.
•    Support the Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) marketing team by managing targeted projects, tracking budgets, coordinating events, and handling promotional material logistics and compliance.
•    Act as the team’s Super User for PromoMats, overseeing job bag creation, material updates, approvals, and promotional review board support.
•    Manage procurement and stock processes including raising purchase orders, monitoring inventory, reprinting materials, and ensuring timely approvals and compliance with internal systems.
•    Ensure consistent alignment with internal policies and external regulations through diligent process management, training documentation upkeep, and support of quality and audit activities.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a mature attitude and ambition, combined with passion for learning and growing while maintaining an energetic and positive approach along the way.

You should also have:

•    GCSE or equivalent level.
•    Strong understanding of how to work in a complex environment.
•    Life sciences / Marketing degree or equivalent / ABPI certification – advantage.
•    Experience of working as executive coordinator / project manager / administrative role / marketing role – advantage.
•    Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry or large corporate – advantage.
•    Fluency in English, Verbal and Written.
