Field Sales Manager, Slovenia

We are looking for a Field Sales Director who will drive sales across our Diabetes Business Unit while reporting to the Business Unit Director for Diabetes in Slovenia. 

 

The position

As the Field Sales Director, you will build & generate sustainable regional revenue/market share by effective execution of sales / marketing plans and by maximal utilisation of the existing business potential.

 

This role will also be responsible for:

  • Coaching and development of members of the sales team
  • Designing your own territory plans and sales reps’ territories, assigning territory targets based on territory potential.
  • Collecting and reporting data about customers, sales activities, competitor’s analysis and healthcare environment developments
  • Liaising with peers including from marketing, product management, public affairs and other functions to maximise the sales of NN products You will embrace, translate and ensure change management implementation.

 

Qualifications

  • You have previous experience in sales management role ideally within the pharmaceutical industry with a proven record of achievements
  • You are an experienced people manager able to inspire and motivate your team
  • You are proactive and accountable drive for delivery of your business plan
  • You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build sustainable relationships internally and externally
  • This position requires excellent communication skills in English & Slovenian.
