Your new role

In this role, you will define and own the strategy that brings patients closer to care through impactful, multi-channel engagement. You’ll spearhead omnichannel initiatives and provide strategic direction, ensuring the right messaging reaches the right audience through effective segmentation. Beyond digital, you’ll oversee activation initiatives that blend online and on-the-ground experiences, creating meaningful connections and driving awareness where it matters most.

 

Among your responsibilities, you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance engagement with Novo Nordisk products and services.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, activation, and adherence.
  • Create and manage promotional materials tailored to people´s needs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research to understand behaviours and trends, translating insights into actionable activation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Lead local launch activities and lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on outcomes and experience.

 

 

Your skills & qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

 

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Solid experience in end-to-end B2C marketing, with mandatory experience in consumer goods, FMCG, wellness, high tech sectors.
  • Proven experience driving and implementing omnichannel strategies with measurable impact
  • Previous experience with unbranded market expansion strategies would be an advantage.
  • Skilled in working across teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and integrating business development goals into strategy execution.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


We are looking for someone highly proactive who owns the strategy and execution from development to implementation, not just an executor of tactics. To success in the role, you must be an out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys challenging the status quo while ensuring compliance. You are comfortable with change, and eager to create impactful consumer directed initiatives.

 

 

Your new department

Under this role you will be part of a team in Portugal, focused on building strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalized, culturally relevant support across channels. The team combines local market knowledge with global best practices to ensure timely responses, effective problem resolution, and proactive outreach that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty. They collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather customer insights, inform improvements, and drive initiatives that increase retention and advocacy in the Portuguese market.
