Internship at Novo Nordisk

Your new role
During this internship, you will support different projects across the People & Organization team contributing to a positive employee experience, specially connected to employees’ benefits offering, culture building activities and day-to-day HR operational support.
- Support the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, employee management in SuccessFactors, employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Drive impactful training and development initiatives by organizing engaging sessions and workshops, creating learning materials, managing communications, tracking progress, and ensuring employees grow and succeed.
- Support compensation and benefits by optimizing policies and communication, assisting with the implementation of our new flexible benefits platform, and ensuring smooth administration of employee programs.
- Help strengthen our culture by collaborating on cross-functional initiatives (like NovoHealth and D&I), supporting team-building events, and driving impactful internal and external communications to make our workplace an amazing place to be.
- Contribute to shaping and updating HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related field and currently pursuing a masters’ degree or educational programme that allows to enrol in a curricular internship.
- Previous experiences in connection with HR or pharma will be an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and intermediate English.
- Availability for a 6-month full-time internship, based in Lisbon.

You thrive in collaborative settings, contributing positively to team goals, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
