Internship at Novo Nordisk

Your new role
During this internship, you will support the Intelligence & Commercial Operations Coordinator by leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and optimize commercial performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement analytical tools, ensuring data quality and accessibility across the organization.
- Build, maintain and optimize dashboards to monitor KPIs on sales, marketing and commercial excellence initiatives using Power BI and Excel.
- Update monthly reports on salesforce activity and achievement to ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Analyse marketing campaigns and commercial excellence activities to generate actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customized analytical tools that meet their needs.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Maintain high data quality in CRM systems by proactively identifying and fixing data issues.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's in data science, business analytics & intelligence, marketing, statistics or related field and currently pursuing a masters’ degree or educational programme that allows to enrol in a curricular internship.
Other requirements:
- Availability for a 6-month full-time internship, based in Lisbon.
- Knowledge in Excel and Power BI. Basic knowledge of databases is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
As a person, you have strong analytical thinking skills, able to interpret complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights. You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every analysis. Collaboration is key for you, working effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
