Your new role
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing initiatives that support our commercial goals and accelerate sales performance across pharmacy and retail environments. You will transform market and consumer insights into actionable strategies, oversee promotional activities and craft compelling in-store experiences that bring our brands to life.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing trade marketing strategies and activation plans to enhance product visibility and increase sales at the point of sale.
- Analysing market dynamics and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting.
- Planning, executing and optimising promotional campaigns while evaluating performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Managing product presence and customer experience at the PoS, including merchandising, shelf placement and in-store materials.
- Creating brand-building and PoS-specific initiatives tailored to local channel needs.
- Developing and delivering training programmes for pharmacy teams to elevate product knowledge and service quality.
Your new department
You will join the Commercial team supporting the Sales & Account Management (SAM) Cluster, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Account Management. Together, you will translate commercial priorities into high-impact trade activations and strengthen our presence with pharmacy partners throughout the region.
Your skills & qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or sales, with proven success in driving in-store performance (experience in pharmacy, retail or FMCG is preferred).
- Solid experience in planning and executing promotions, merchandising initiatives and PoS activations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and consumer insights into concrete trade plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities, enabling effective work with Sales, Marketing and external partners (pharmacy chains, creative agencies, etc.).
- A results-driven mindset, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining alignment with commercial priorities.
