Consumer Marketing Manager
Lima, Lima Metropolitana, PE
Your impact begins here
As Consumer Marketing Manager, you will shape how Novo's cardiometabolic portfolio reaches consumers across Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay. You will turn consumer insights into activation plans, omnichannel campaigns and content that help people find approved information and appropriate care. You will combine strategy with hands-on delivery, steering agencies and budget and using performance data to sharpen every decision.
What you’ll bring
You know what moves consumers, and you turn that understanding into plans that deliver measurable results. You are as comfortable setting direction as you are running the details.
- A completed university degree. We welcome any field of study.
- Robust consumer marketing experience in FMCG, consumer goods, consumer health, pharma OTC or another consumer-driven business, with responsibility for brands, portfolios or consumer strategies.
- A track record of converting consumer insights into concrete plans and actions, from strategy through execution, measurement and optimisation.
- Experience with full-funnel media, digital ecosystems and consumer insights, and the ability to interpret performance and ROI.
- Experience managing agencies and budgets, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution, agility, and ownership of your results.
- Curiosity and a willingness to experiment and try new approaches.
- Advanced English.
Useful, but not essential:
- Experience with retail media.
- Experience in a regulated category, including working with medical, legal and compliance approval processes.
What you’ll do
You will own consumer marketing for the cardiometabolic portfolio, from the first insight to the final result.
- Translate portfolio priorities and consumer insights into annual activation plans, always-on activity and seasonal campaigns, with clear audiences, objectives and measures.
- Own the full-funnel, omnichannel approach, including channel mix, audience planning, agency briefs and a coordinated content and activation calendar.
- Map the consumer and patient path and design experiences that help people access approved information and appropriate care.
- Develop and deliver campaigns, consumer materials and clear, distinctive narratives, always in line with compliance and content governance.
- Manage agencies and the promotional budget, setting clear deliverables, timelines and quality expectations, and running the operational steps from purchase orders to material approval.
- Set and track KPIs, analyse consumer behaviour and campaign results, and optimise for performance and ROI through testing and learning.
Who you’ll work with
You will report to the Marketing Head and join the Cardiometabolic Marketing team, where colleagues connect commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across therapy areas to guide the Novo portfolio and impact on people who live with chronic diseases
Your work covers affiliate markets in the SAM organisation: Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay. You will adapt regional frameworks with the Regional Consumer Activation team and coordinate narratives with the Communications Manager. You will work with Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance colleagues and the patient support owner to keep every approval clear and on track. Trade Marketing, Sales, Access, Finance and Procurement will be your partners in channel execution, measurement and spend.
What you can expect here
You will have real ownership of activation plans, briefs, execution and optimisation within the approved strategy and budget. You will be trusted to make decisions, supported to perform at your best, and expected to deliver results that you can measure. The role stretches your strategic, operational and cross-functional skills, with practical experience across markets and functions, and with learning offerings and the opportunity to build new skills as Novo upskills its workforce in AI and technology.
