Your new role

As a Legal, Compliance & Quality Intern, you will collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor illegal websites, unauthorized advertisements and potential compliance breaches through the Mysafety portal; triage incidents, document findings, escalate high‑risk issues, and contribute to periodic summaries and trend analyses to inform mitigation activities.
  • Support the Quality team with daily monitoring activities, data verification, maintenance of dashboards/logs, and follow-up on outstanding actions to ensure timely case resolution.
  • Prepare clear incident reports and supporting documentation for internal review and regulatory purposes.
  • Provide administrative support for company secretary filings and governance documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely submissions to relevant authorities or internal forums.
  • Support auditing and monitoring activities by preparing workpapers, executing defined testing procedures under supervision, documenting findings, and assisting with follow-up on corrective actions and preparation for inspections.

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a Legal, Compliance & Quality Intern who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Science, Law, Quality, Legal and Compliance Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of legal principles, regulatory compliance and experience or interest in quality, legal and compliance matters.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work methodically and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
