What you'll bring
To lead confidently and deliver in this role, you will bring:
• A bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally with strong exposure to GP clinics and hospitals across private and government healthcare settings.
• A clear understanding of customer decision pathways, patient access dynamics and how GP engagement opens new opportunities.
• Proven people leadership—coaching high-performing sales teams and translating national and affiliate strategies into clear territory plans and measurable results.
• Strong commercial acumen in territory management, forecasting and opportunity prioritisation, with a consumer mindset for uncovering growth.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver integrated outcomes.
• A strong governance and compliance mindset, with sound knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical selling standards.
• Mobility to operate across a defined territory in support of business priorities.
What you'll do
You will take ownership of your territory and lead your team to deliver strong, responsible commercial results. You will:
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed commercial targets across your territory.
• Build value-based relationships with GP clinics, key healthcare professionals, opinion leaders and decision-makers, grounded in a clear understanding of customer needs and patient access.
• Develop and execute territory business plans that reflect local GP-sector dynamics, consumer behaviour and patient pathways, identifying new growth opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to sharpen commercial performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs and market access to turn strategy into aligned local execution.
• Ensure performance is achieved responsibly, in line with all relevant regulations, company policies and ethical standards.

You will lead a team of sales representatives across your territory and partner closely with GP clinics, hospitals and key healthcare professionals in private and government settings.
Internally, you will work with marketing, medical affairs and market access colleagues to align strategy with local execution. Together, you will create clarity around priorities, move at pace and help more patients benefit from innovative treatments. This position reports to the Head of Sales.
