This position will report to the Customer Engagement Director in Malaysia.
The position
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing Commercial Effectiveness (CE) by leading CRM strategy, driving adoption, and ensuring high-quality data management. You will act as the functional owner of CRM systems, supporting Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to enhance their effectiveness and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Ownership & Strategy: Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of CRM systems, ensuring data quality, compliance, and user adoption across multiple functions.
- Data Management & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights, track key CRM-related KPIs, and develop reports that support commercial excellence and frontline performance optimization.
- Training & Adoption: Design and deliver CRM training programs, drive system adoption, and ensure high engagement among users through ongoing support and process enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & System Integration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical) and external vendors to optimize CRM functionality and ensure seamless cross-platform integration.
- Process Innovation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation, workflow improvements, and new CRM initiatives to drive efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Education & Industry Expertise: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in CRM systems, sales force effectiveness, and digital transformation.
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and process optimization, with the ability to leverage insights for business decision-making.
- CRM Implementation & Training: Hands-on experience in leading CRM rollouts, training programs, and system adoption strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Technology & System Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce, Veeva, or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to align CRM functionalities with business needs.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement and driving digital transformation.
