The Koriyama Factory (KFA) Project Office is at the forefront of implementing automated inventory management systems to optimize warehouse operations. Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve intralogistics efficiency. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage technology and drive process innovation. Utilizing data analytics, we identify areas for continuous improvement and implement change initiatives. We proactively seek out industry best practices and trends to drive innovation in warehouse and intralogistics processes. The job is based in Koriyama, where you will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

 

The position
As a Warehouse and Intralogistics Engineer at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate intralogistics operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions, streamlining workflows and eliminating non-value-added activities.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in intralogistics operations.
  • Prepare qualification documents for high-bay warehouse according to GxP regulations and execute temperature and humidity mapping.
  • Execute FMS in high-bay warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and processes.
  • Strong communication, teamwork skills with analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent level of Japanese and Intermediate level of English proficiency.
