About the department
The Production Engineering & Facilities Department at Novo Nordisk is in charge for production activities in a manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal resource utilization, cost minimization, and maintenance of quality standards. As a Production Engineering Expert, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with other production professionals to transform raw materials into finished pharmaceutical products. Our department is devoted to upholding current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.

 

The position
As a Production Engineering Expert at Novo Nordisk, you will oversee critical tasks including ensuring readiness of the blister machine for production, optimizing tablet production processes, collaborating with stakeholders, introducing new equipment, maintaining existing machinery, and executing validation activities in investment programs.

  • Maintain, improve, and maximize the efficiency of the blister machine and other production equipment or systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing systematic problem-solving methodologies.
  • Identify potential issues with the machine/equipment and perform root cause analysis to take preventive and predictive actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical deviations and quality issues. Procure necessary goods or services from external vendors.
  • Ensure regular maintenance activities are performed according to planned programs.

 

Qualifications

  • University graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in production engineering.
  • Experience in handling alu-alu blister or familiarity with visual inspection machines is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills and proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Basic English communication skills (TOEIC > 600 preferably).
