The Business Support department at Novo Nordisk is accountable for coordinating, integrating, and administering a range of diverse administrative or staff functions. Our team delivers administrative and related support services to the organization, manages reception, organizes travel, and ensures the smooth execution of cross-functional projects and tasks. We are based in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key to our success. The position
As a General Administration Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars for managers and team members.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.
  • Plan, facilitate, and execute site events and visits to align with organizational objectives, provide administrative support, act as a proxy/delegate for managers in relevant IT systems, collaborate on budget, investment, and HR annual processes, develop internal communication policies and guidelines, and create visual content for internal and local use in collaboration with external vendors.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel organisation, and event coordination.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and SharePoint management.
  • Skilled in visual management and creative communication design.
  • Business level of Japanese and English.
