You will be part of the Quality Assurance team at our Koriyama Factory in Fukushima. Our team is acted to ensuring the highest quality standards for our products, from raw materials to finished products. We work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting audits and inspections, and collaborating with global project members to enhance our quality assurance processes. The position
As an Advanced Quality Assurance Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Ensure the release of finished drug products meets quality standards in Japan and oversee quality assurance processes in Koriyama Factory.
- Maintain compliance of facilities and utilities with regulatory requirements and support audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with global project members to develop and execute strategies that enhance quality assurance processes, incorporating best practices from other regions.
- Establish quantitative measurements and techniques for assessing quality, including risk assessments to identify potential risks to patients and products.
- Oversee end-to-end quality assurance, from raw materials to finished products, to ensure compliance with both Japanese and global regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or related industry, with an established track record in implementing quality assurance strategies.
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, regulatory knowledge, project management, leadership, risk assessment, and technical expertise.
- Pharmacist license holder preferred.
