The Business
Support Department houses multiple functions including IT, Finance, administration support, and supply systems. We comprise a team of professionals devoted to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for our employees. The position 
As an Administration Staff member, your primary responsibility is to cultivate a safe and positive working environment for Koriyama Factory (KFA) staff by enhancing the overall work environment. Additionally, you'll ensure smooth operations by effectively working with KFA staff, including both local staff in Japan and those from other countries. Promoting the health and well-being of KFA employees through health management initiatives and overseeing vendors to maintain and improve workplace safety are also essential aspects of your role.
In more detail, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Business Support : Operate Building security system, Actively participate and promote SDGs activities. Carrying out administrative procedures and operate them (City hall, fire station, labor standards inspection office, etc.).
  • Proper disposal of industrial waste : Preparing needed documents and schedule coordination foe handing over with waste handing companies
  • Events and Communication Partner (Internal & External): Prepare and facilitate Factory tours and Factory employee meetings. Participation in public relations activities (improving company visibility). Communicate and build networks with global organizations. Promote internal under-standing of the organization's strategic vision and mission.
  • Health and Safety Support : Support employees to work healthily. Carry out works related to safety and health (medical examinations, vaccinations, interviews with industrial physicians, etc.). Prepare, and run events to engage good relationship among employees or external stake-holders.
  • Supervise Vendors: Catering. cleaning. laundry. facility maintenance and Industrial wastes
  • Other tasks: Providing needed information and support to KFA staff, Tokyo office, or visitors. 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible mindset is required.
  • Experience in administration or office support is required.
  • Advanced level in English and Japanese is required.
