The department

In Biopharm Finished Products in Værløse (department hGH Packaging) we are about 90 engaged operators, technicians, technical supporters, and process supporters. We assemble and pack medical device pens on several assembly- and packaging lines. The department is on a very exiting journey as we in coming time will introduce manufacturing intelligence projects, introduce new products in the production, upgrade of an existing packaging line, implement a new assembly production line, and upgrade our MES PAS-X system to generate electronic batch records.

 

The job

As our new Process Supporter, you will be a part of the process support team of 7 process supporters and you will have a varied and dynamic workday. One moment you might handle and document e.g. a quality incident in production in close collaboration with operators and mechanics, helping operators follow the correct procedures and document the event correctly, and next, you might be facilitating or performing systematic problem-solving, understanding process flow, functionality of equipment, and identifying root cause to the problem.

We have a solid focus on being close to our processes, our operators, and mechanics to ensure high standard of good and fast handling of GMP issues. cLean is deeply incorporated in our daily tasks and we have focus on continuously improvement of our processes and workflows. 

Your day-to-day tasks will include: Dealing with quality challenges in the production, Investigating and reporting deviations, customer complaints, supporting production in the processes, updating and improving SOPs, systematic problem-solving, process confirmation and a variety of other tasks.

 

Qualifications

 

  • You have a higher education within natural science such as pharmacist, cand. scient, engineer or similar.
  • Preferrable you have experience from a GMP-controlled medicinal company.
  • Knowledge of LEAN and experience is an absolute advantage.
  • Finally, it is a prerequisite that you speak and write Danish.

 

As a person it is important that you master good interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with several stakeholders and professions. Also, that you thrive working in a dynamic environment were flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the business. Additionally, you work independently, and you can make decisions not compromising on quality or innovative thinking.

To obtain success you must have an interest in handling problems at the production lines and be able to adapt to new systems.
