About the Department

Registration unit provides regulatory services, including registration activities and life cycle activities. Registration unit is part of the Regulatory affairs department that in addition includes PV team, responsible for activities according to MOH and company requirements, and the QP team releasing products to marketed and for clinical trial products.


The Position 

As a Registration Specialist you will report to the affiliate’s Regulation Affairs Manager, and you will serve a valued part in the regulatory team. 

Among your responsibilities: 
•You will prepare submissions files and keep life cycle management.
•You will make the submissions (variations and renewals) to the Ministry of Health and have inner organizational interfaces. 
•You will be preparing packaging materials and will work with several computerized systems.

The position is temporary, as it refers to a project lasting a year, and it is held in Novo Nordisk premises. We adopt a hybrid working model.


Qualifications

Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Life science (pharmacy studies are preferred) and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
Other requirements: 

B.Sc.Pharm Degree - Mandatory !                                                                                

•Experience with drug registration will be considered an advantage. 

•At least 2 years of working experience within an RA department.

•Experience with Rx drugs will be considered an advantage.
•Good learning skills and teamwork spirit
•High abilities in computer skills
