About the Customer Excellence Department

The Customer Excellence department is designed to ensure effective engagements with HCPs (Health Care Professionals) and Patients. Through driving Business Insights (BI), optimal Sales Force Effectiveness support, best CRM through IO Engage and be a key cross functional collaboration link for Multi-Channel Customer Engagement. All for delivering a seamless customer experience.

The Role

Novo Nordisk is looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to take up the role of CRM Manager. As CRM Manager you will be the functional owner of IOEngage system (SalesForce CRM) and subject matter expert. You will be responsible for CRM activities between affiliate, Region, and Global, and will facilitate orchestration of the CRM across the field force (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical).

As part of your  responsibilities, you will be the owner of Novo Nordisk local CRM system, gather data, feedback and insights, and work with global stakeholders to adjust the system to our local needs. Apart of the automation perspective, you will create customer engagement journeys and multichannel campaigns. 

Since we are in the implementation phase of our new CRM system, you will be responsible to support new users and communicate new  features in the CRM system to end-users.  Furthermore, you will develop tactics to coordinate change management processes and embed changes in local ways of working. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering Management – Mandatory
  • 2+ years relevant  experience in scoping and deploying CRM solutions - Mandatory
  • Comprehensive understanding of CRM processes
  • Must be number driven and analytical with solid excel skills. Able to create data insights and use them to develop actional tasks/campaigns
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
