The Position
As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will be accountable for implementing TA process devised by the global team. You will be responsible for a strategic approach and drive TA activities for Israel and other business units and countries within EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
You will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment at all levels, collaborating with colleagues and business leaders across functions and countries as well as ensuring best candidate experience.
- Coordination and overall success of the recruiting team (sourcing and admin partners), all stakeholders and functions involved (HR, Total Rewards etc.). You will conduct assessments, CBI (Competency Based Interviews) and business cases (where applicable).
- Aligning the forecast and talent needs in partnership with business leaders and executing the agreed plan for recruitment strategy during the year to contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
- Implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting activities.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, we seek an individual with a university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Natural Science or a related field, coupled with 4-5 years of recruitment experience in a global setting.
You will thrive in this position if you possess the following attributes:
- Extended experience of handling different level of recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of behavioural interviewing techniques and assessment tools. Capability to think strategically and good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and ability to gain trust from all stakeholders and experience operating in a global matrix organisation. Previous experience of collaboration with RPO or sourcing and admin partners is a plus.
- Fluency in both written/spoken English and Hebrew.
- You are independent, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You embody a "can-do" attitude and maintain a healthy sense of humour, particularly when faced with demanding situations.

The Talent Acquisition EMEA - E(SE) & MEA team is responsible for conducting talent acquisition activities across Emerging Markets and EUCAN regions. We are a very diverse, fun and international team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about finding and attracting the best talent to Novo Nordisk. We work closely with Global People & Organization (P&O), local management teams, and external partners to ensure that our recruitment processes are efficient and in line with the organization's policies and standards.
