Are you passionate about orchestrating seamless operations, optimizing resources, and ensuring supply chain resilience? The world of supply chain is evolving, and we're looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Analyst to be at the forefront of this transformation. 

The Position
As our Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing invaluable commercial insights to key stakeholders including the Supply Chain Manager, Finance and Operations Director, and Management Team. As the main point of contact with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), you will be instrumental in driving strategic activities and projects within the Affiliates Commercial Supply Chain. Your responsibilities will include delivering critical analytics to the Israel Management Team, managing relationships with our third-party logistics partner in Israel, overseeing the sales forecast process, ensuring timely stock imports, maintaining optimal stock levels, and managing product planning to prevent stockouts. 


Your tasks will also include:

  • Project management and change management leadership for leading cross functional implementation of local Supply Chain optimization projects
  • Reviewing procedures and processes of Supply Chain to improve them and ensure strong distribution compliance and best practices
  • Flagging pro-actively any supply and logistics risks, overstock risks and freshness risk to mitigate the potential issues
  • Collaborating with Commercial teams on a timely update of relevant forecast and monitor pipeline and regular stock
  • Acting as the main contact between Product Supply, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Shipping and other internal NN departments to assure timely delivery of the requested orders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, specialisation in Supply Chain would be an advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain - Warehousing or Distribution
  • Advantage expertise in BI analytics, including the ability to develop reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Additionally, experience in establishing a database connected to the reports through Azure, SQL, or other cloud platforms to supply data for the BI reports is highly desirable
  • Experience in Israel pharmaceutical Industry or similar industries 
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English language
  • Our offices located in Kfar Saba. this is a hybrid position which requiers your presence in the office three days a week.

Supply Chain Analyst function is part of the Finance & Operations organization in Novo Nordisk Israel, alongside Accounting & Taxation, Digital Data & IT, Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement.
