Your new role

 

As our Sales Representative you will promote and sell Novo Nordisk’s GLP-1 products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), in the territory which includes Haifa, Krayot, Yokne’am and the area.

 

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

 

  • Develop, implement and update territory business plans to drive sales results.
  • Participate in and contribute effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and cross functional collaborations.
  • Engage potential customers and manage existing ones via both face-to-face and digital platforms.
  • Oversee sales operations and administration.

 

Your new department

 

You will be part of Novo Nordisk’s Diabetes field sales team, which is based in Kfar Saba and operates across Israel. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and driven by a shared passion for making a difference in patients’ lives. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on sales and customer engagement. Our team strongly values collaboration, mutual respect, professional growth and a shared commitment to excellence.

 

Your skills & qualifications

 

We are looking for someone who has a strong sales orientation and great communication skills, together with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should also have:

 

  • A degree in life-sciences.
  • Proven experience in sales within the healthcare industry (pharma, biotechnology, medical devices).
  • Strong passion for field work with healthcare professionals.
  • A proactive approach to challenges and adaptability to changes.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
