The Position

Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Sales Representative for the area of Beer Sheva. 
The position is reporting to the Diabetes Field Sales Manager. This role will promote Novo Nordisk products and develop business relationships with primary care Physicians, Endocrinologists and Diabetes Specialists.

In addition, you will:

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Identify customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or Nutrition

  • At least 1 year of previous experience as a Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the Diabetes field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Digital orientation and experience with CRM systems
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong commercial attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English

 

About the Department

Our Diabetes GLP1 Department is responsible for setting local portfolio strategy and for driving key marketing activities amongst Health Care Professionals. You will be a part of energetic and driven professionals and act to improve the daily lives of patients dealing with Diabetes. This position represents Novo Nordisk with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Novo Nordisk as the leading company in Diabetes care.
