Your new role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory. You will ensure effective execution of the commercial strategy while living the Novo Nordisk values, our business ethics principles, and quality standards.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the South & Ha’Shfela territory by analysing market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks, and executing a strong, data-driven territory plan.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of territory objectives in line with strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with HCPs, including GPs and specialists, as well as key stakeholders and KOLs in the Obesity/Diabetes field.
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagements across multiple channels and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Provide customers with timely, relevant product information and ensure effective follow-up aligned with marketing strategy and Customer Engagement guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical to optimise territory performance and support key initiatives.
  • Participate in regional and national events, support educational activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects while ensuring full compliance with Business Ethics, local laws, and company standards.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a commercially and strategically strong sales representative with proven pharmaceutical experience in sales within the Israeli market.

 

You will bring:

  • Degree in Life Sciences; advanced marketing/business qualification are a plus.
  • Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles.
  • A motivated, self-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and discipline in planning, execution, and territory management.
  • Digital fluency and ability to work confidently with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM systems and multichannel engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Good English.

 

Experience in Diabetes or Obesity therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
