The position

Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Rybelsus Product Manager to work in Israel. The position is reporting to the GLP-1RA lead. As Rybelsus Product Manager, you will drive growth of the Diabetes business of Novo Nordisk Israel. You will develop a local product marketing strategy with the GLP1RA leader & facilitate launch and sales execution as well as follow-up in the marketing programs with internal stakeholders. you will need to Develop a strong brand strategy andDesign and execute the product marketing plan.

Responsibilities & Challenges:

  • Identify business opportunities and develop mitigation plans and Establish and maintaining strong relations with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Support the Patient Assistant Program.
  • Develop sales cycles, campaigns and promotional materials for the sales team andParticipate and manage product symposia.
  • Responsible for the Marketing budget andCollaborate closely with the brand team members ( sales & medical).
  • Working in close relations with Novo Nordisk global, business area and finance andForecast sales based on market insights and profound understanding of the therapeutic area.

 

Qualifications 

In order to considered you need to have a B.Sc. or other relevant bachelor degree havving a M.B.A in Business Management is an advantage. We expet you to have At least 2-3 years of experience as Product Manager. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and High English and Hebrew are also skills required.

About the department 

The department is responsible for setting local portfolio strategy and for driving key marketing activities amongst Health Care Professionals. You will be a member of energetic and driven professionals and act to improve the daily lives of patients. You will cooperate with the Diabetes Sales Managers, Medical department and MAPA (Market Access & Public Affairs) department to implement key activities in the market. This position represents Novo Nordisk with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Novo Nordisk as the leading company in diabetes and Obesity care.
